“破旧立新”城市双修理论影响下的南京汤山矿坑公园设计解析 被引量:2

摘要 本文以城市双修理念为指导,以矿业废弃地的改造利用与生态治理为切入点,针对南京市汤山废弃矿区进行系统化改造提升,充分结合矿坑的建设方向、城市规划理念及生态治理方式,客观地审视场地现状的问题,在破旧与立新之间建立城市修复、生态调节、惠及民生的城市矿坑公园的综合发展机制,以低影响、微干预的手段为旧有环境改造和生态系统疗愈提供设计的新方式,实现废弃矿区向"矿山公园"的转换,为同类型城市废弃地的改造提供一定的借鉴和启示。通过对"城市双修"中城市修补和生态修复两者的剖析,以南京汤山矿坑公园为例,总结了尺度重构、功能搭建、生态平衡、水体循环、生物链构建、土壤改良等矿坑改造方法。城市双修理论可作为矿坑改造设计的理论指导,南京汤山矿坑公园可为同类型设计提供参考。 This article is guided by the concept of dual urban repairs, with the transformation and utilization of mining wasteland and ecological governance as the starting point, and systematically transforms and upgrades the Tangshan abandoned mining area in Nanjing, fully integrating the construction direction of the pit, urban planning concepts and ecological governance methods, to objectively examine the current situation of the site, establish a comprehensive development mechanism for urban restoration, ecological adjustment, and urban mine parks that benefit the people’s livelihood between the dilapidated and the new. More and more new ways of design are provided to realize the conversion of abandoned mining areas to "mine parks", and provide certain reference and enlightenment for the transformation of the same type of urban abandoned land. Through the analysis of both urban repair and ecological restoration in the "Urban Double Repair", taking Nanjing Tangshan Mine Park as an example, we summarized mine pits such as scale reconstruction, function construction, ecological balance, water circulation, biological chain construction,and soil improvement. Modification method. The urban double repair theory can be used as a theoretical guide for mine renovation design, and Tangshan Mine Park in Nanjing can provide a reference for the same type of design.
