Relying on the Platform of CIIE to Strengthen Shanghai’s Opening-up Hub Portal Function

上海要充分认识中央赋予进博会的任务、使命、功能和职责,按照政府主导的运作模式,结合市场机制的协调作用,统筹考虑和综合运用国内国际两个市场、国内国际两种资源,在市场、产业、要素等方面多维度增强“双循环”中的战略链接功能,积极打造连接全球、融通全球、覆盖全球、影响全球的对外开放枢纽门户,推动更多的新产品、新技术、新服务在上海“全球首发、中国首展”,为世界各国搭建贸易平台。

Shanghai should fully understand the tasks,missions,functions and responsibilities assigned to CIIE by the central government,follow the government-led operation mode,combine the coordinating role of market mechanism,consider and comprehensively use the two domestic and international markets and two domestic and international resources,enhance the strategic links in the“dual cycle”in the market,industry and factors in multiple dimensions.We will actively build an Opening-up hub portal that connects the world,integrates the world,covers the world and influences the world,and promote more new products,technologies and services to make their“global debut and China premiere”in Shanghai,so as to build a trade platform for all countries in the world.
