摘要
目的了解丽水地区12岁以下儿童铁、锌、铜、镁、钙和铅元素水平在不同年龄段变化趋势,为预防微量元素缺乏和铅中毒提供参考依据。方法采用原子吸收光谱法检测2019年在丽水市人民医院6570例0岁~12岁儿童全血微量元素水平,根据不同性别和不同年龄对数据进行统计学分析。结果丽水地区儿童铁元素、锌元素和铅元素水平随着年龄呈增长趋势,钙元素水平随着年龄增长呈下降趋势,铜元素和镁元素与年龄无相关性。本地区儿童的锌、钙和铁元素缺乏率较高,分别为33.63%、13.78%和6.02%,铜和镁元素水平基本正常,铅中毒率为0.45%。锌元素水平不同性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余5种元素水平在不同性别之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丽水地区0岁~12岁儿童中缺乏最严重的是锌元素,其次是钙元素和铁元素,应加强儿童的营养管理,合理补充各种微量元素。
Objective To understand the levels of the six elements including iron,zinc,copper,magnesium,calcium and lead among the children aged 0-12 in Lishui area and the change trends of these elements in different growth stages of children,so as to provide objective reference for the prevention of trace element deficiency and lead poisoning.Methods Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to measure the elements contents in the whole blood samples of 6570 children selected from Lishui People's Hospital in 2019,and the test data were statistic analyzed based on different genders and ages.Results The levels of iron,zinc and lead of children in Lishui showed that an increasing trend with age,while the calcium level showed a decreasing trend with age.The levels of copper and magnesium had no correlation with age.The deficiency of zinc,calcium,iron were serious in Lishui,accounting for 33.63%,13.78%and 6.02%,respectively.The levels of magnesium and copper were normal,and the poisoning rate of lead was 0.45%.There was no statistical significance on the difference in zinc levels between different genders(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance on the difference in other five elements levels between different genders(P<0.05).Conclusion Among children aged 0-12 in Lishui,Zhejiangarea,the most serious deficiency is zinc,followed by calcium and iron.So it is necessary to strengthen the nutrition management of children by reasonable supplement of various trace elements.
