摘要
目的分析2017年—2019年顺义区重点职业病危害因素检测结果,为职业病防治提供策略。方法收集2017年—2019年顺义区重点职业病危害因素检测资料,对收集到的资料进行统计分析。结果3年共收集767家企业检测资料,检测岗位数为9461个,合格率为91.2%,不同年份合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。煤矽尘、噪声3年检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同生产规模企业比较,大型、中型、小型企业差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从经济类型来看,集体企业合格率最高,港澳台企业合格率最低。同一经济类型不同年份,除私营企业外,国有企业、集体企业、港澳台企业、外商企业不同年份合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺义区重点职业病危害因素检测不合格主要是存在煤矽尘和噪声的企业,其中大型企业、港澳台企业不合格率较高需要重点关注,建议加大监管、防控和宣教,保护劳动者健康。
Objective To analyze detection results of key occupational diseases in Shunyi District of Beijing during 2017—2019,and provide strategies for the prevention and control of occupational disease.Methods The detection data of key occupational hazards in Shunyi District from 2017 to 2019 were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted on the collected data.Results A total of 767 enterprises detection information were collected in three years.The cumulative number of detection posts was 9461,the qualified rate was 91.2%,and the difference in different years was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between coal silica dust and noise was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with enterprises of different production scales,the differences among large,medium and small enterprises were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of economic type,the qualified rate of collective enterprises was the highest.The lowest qualified rate was observed in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.In the same economic type in different years,except for private enterprises,the differences among state-owned enterprises,collective enterprises,enterprises from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan,and foreign enterprises were all statistically significant in different years(P<0.05).Conclusion The unqualified results of key occupational hazards in Shunyi district were mainly coal and silica dust and noise.Among them,the unqualified rate of large enterprises,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan enterprises was high,which need to be focused on.It is suggested to strengthen supervision,prevention and control and propaganda and education to protect the health of workers.
