摘要
纳米银线透明导电膜由上至下一般包括保护层、纳米银线层、底层、基材层,其中保护层通过硅氧化物或金属氧化物与纳米银线膜层表面以及底层形成硅氧键或金属氧桥键,固化后形成的网络结构既不影响纳米银线层的导电性,又可保护纳米银线不被氧化或者脱落,从而确保导电膜性能稳定。本文对开发改进的耐U V保护层进行测评,结合不同类型的纳米银线层和底层,考察改进后的导电膜耐UV性能的提升情况。从验证结果数据可以看出,耐UV保护层满足纳米银线透明导电膜的使用条件,实验室应用性能效果优异。
The transparent conductive film of nano silver wire generally includes a protective layer,a nano silver wire layer,a bottom layer,and a substrate layer from top to bottom.The protective layer forms a silicon-oxygen bond with the surface and the bottom layer of the nano silver wire film through silicon oxide or metal oxide.Or metal oxygen bridge bond,the network structure formed after curing does not affect the conductivity of the nano silver wire layer,but also protects the nano silver wire from being oxidized or falling off,thereby ensuring the stable performance of the conductive film.This article evaluates the development of an improved UV resistant protective layer,combining different types of nano silver wire layers and bottom layers to investigate the improvement of the improved conductive film's UV resistance.From the verification result data,it can be seen that the UV-resistant protective layer meets the conditions of use of the nano silver wire transparent conductive film,and the laboratory application performance is excellent.
