健脾活血方治疗胃黄色瘤临床研究

Clinical study of Jianpi Huoxue Formula for gastric xanthoma

目的观察健脾活血方治疗胃黄色瘤的临床效果。方法将120例胃黄色瘤脾虚血瘀证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组60例常规予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,连续服用4周,伴有幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染者加用四联抗Hp治疗。治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用健脾活血方治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后胃黏膜肠上皮化生病理分级、胃黄色瘤直径变化及治疗前、停药后1个月Hp转阴率。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%(56/60),对照组为76.67%(46/60),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组胃黏膜肠上皮化生病理分级低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组胃黄色瘤直径小于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。停药后1个月,治疗组Hp转阴率为95.45%(42/44),对照组为77.27%(34/44),治疗组Hp转阴率高于对照组。结论健脾活血方治疗胃黄色瘤疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huoxue Formula for gastric xanthoma(GX).Methods Totally 120 patients with GX(spleen-deficiency blood stasis)were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in control group were treated with routine treatment of omeprazole enteric-coated capsule,some of them with helicobacter pylori(Hp)additionally with anti-Hp quadruple therapy;60 cases in treatment group additionally with Jianpi Huoxue Formula on the basis of control group.Treated for 4 weeks,the key observation was curative effect,pathological grade of Gastric intestinal metaplasia(GIM),GX diameter,and the Hp negative rate of 1-month after stopping drug.Results The total effective rates in treatment group were better than those in control group[93.33%(56/60)vs 76.67%(46/60),(P<0.05),respectively].After treatment,the pathological grade of GIM in treatment group was significantly decreased than that before treatment,and treatment group was remarkably decreased as compared with that in control group(P<0.05);GX diameter was significantly less than that before treatment,and treatment group was remarkably decreased in contrast to that in control group(P<0.05);Hp negative rate of 1-month after stopping druq was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group on 1 month after stopping drug[95.45%(42/44)vs 77.27%(34/44),respectively].Conclusion Jianpi Huoxue Formula has a significant effect for GX.
