影像学技术在中枢神经系统中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 神经系统是人体对生理活动以及外界刺激产生作用的主导系统。神经成像技术在诊断神经系统相关疾病以及解析大脑微结构与认知功能等方面发挥重要作用。目前应用于神经组织的影像学技术主要包括基于MR的多种成像方法以及基于脑电的多模态神经功能成像技术。本文从神经成像技术的基本原理、临床应用与研究以及其优缺点等方面对神经成像技术进行综述。 Nervous system plays a vital role in response to physical activities and external stimuli.It is important for diagnosing nervous associated diseases and parsing the brain’microstructures and cognitive functions to develop neuroimaging technology.Currently,the imaging techniques used in nerve tissue mainly contain the magnetic resonance-based imaging techniques and EEG-based multimodal neuro-functional imaging techniques.This study reviewed the basic principles of neuroimaging technology,clinical researches on neuro-related diseases,the advantages and disadvantages of the imaging technologies.
