4种常见化学洗水处理对牛仔面料强力的影响

摘要 研究普洗、雪花洗、酵素洗、漂洗4种常见化学洗水处理对不同材质、厚度、纹理的牛仔面料的影响。研究发现:当材质相同时,漂洗对牛仔面料经纬向断裂强力的影响最小,依次是雪花洗、普洗和酵素洗;当厚度相同时,漂洗对面料损伤最小、最结实,雪花洗后面料经纬向强力下降最大,最不耐用;当纹理相同时,漂洗影响最小,最结实,普洗影响最大,最不耐用。因此夏季在选择牛仔服装时,建议选择漂洗后的服装,这样既美观又耐磨。 The effects of four common chemical washing treatments,including general washing,snowflake washing,enzyme washing and rinsing,on denim fabrics with different materials,thicknesses and textures were studied.It was found that when the material was the same,the effect of rinsing on the warp and weft breaking strength of denim was the smallest,followed by snowflake washing,general washing and enzyme washing.When the thickness is the same,rinsing has the least damage to the fabric,the strongest effect,and the most durable effect.When the texture is the same,rinsing has the least effect,and general washing has the most effect and the most durable effect.Therefore,the summer in the choice of Denim clothing,it is recommended to choose after the rinsing of clothing,so both beautiful and wear-resistant.
