摘要
肾癌占全球所有癌症的3%,其中肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)是肾癌的常见类型,肾损伤因子-1(Kim-1)是一种跨膜型Ⅰ型蛋白,在泌尿系统中仅在起源于近端小管的ccRCC和乳头状肾癌的免疫组织化学中表达,基质金属蛋白酶对该分子外部片段的切割导致出现可溶形式的Kim-1,可在尿液或循环血液中表达阳性,且在肾肿瘤的研究中有特异性、敏感性高的特点,本文就Kim-1与ccRCC相关研究作一综述。
Renal cell carcinoma accounts for 3%of all cancers in the world.Clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)is a common type of renal cell carcinoma.Kidney injury molecule-1(Kim-1)is a transmembrane typeⅠprotein,which is only expressed in the immunohistochemistry of ccRCC and papillary renal cell carcinoma originating from proximal tubules.The cleavage of the outer fragment of the molecule by matrix metalloproteinases leads to the positive expression of soluble Kim-1 in urine or circulating blood.And it has the characteristics of high specificity and sensitivity in the study of renal tumors.This paper reviews the relationship between Kim-1 and ccRCC.
