摘要
I.INTRODUCTION By combing the research results of‘procedural supervision’and related topics in the Chinese academic circle,the author finds that the research on procedural supervision theory has both strong and weak points.As of 2020,there are about 370 articles in the important periodical literature with the keywords of’procedural supervision’,’synchronous supervision’and‘investigative supervision’in the CNKI database.
