胸腺五肽联合高效抗逆转录病毒治疗疗法对艾滋病患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响

Effect of thymopentin combined with HAART on T lymphocyte subsets in AIDS patients

目的探究胸腺五肽联合高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)疗法对艾滋病患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法选取2015年8月至2019年8月重庆市第九人民医院诊治的312例艾滋病患者作为研究对象。分为HAART疗法组和联合治疗组,各156例。HAART疗法组采用HAART疗法治疗,联合治疗组采用胸腺五肽联合HAART疗法治疗,测定两组机体氧化应激的活性氧簇(ROS)、核因子κB(NF-κB)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)水平,统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组ROS、NF-κB、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IP-10、CD8^(+)水平低于HAART疗法组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组Th17、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)含量高于HAART疗法组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HAART疗法组不良反应率低于联合治疗组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腺五肽联合HAART疗法可改善艾滋病患者临床症状,促进T淋巴细胞亚群平衡,提高患者免疫功能,但在治疗期间会轻微损伤患者肝肾功能。

Objective To explore the effects of thymopentin combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)on the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with AIDS.Methods 312 AIDS patients treated in Chongqing Ninth People's Hospital from August 2015 to August 2019 were enrolled and divided into HAART group and combined group,156 cases in each group.The HAART treatment group was treated with HAART therapy,and the combined treatment group was treated with thymopentin combined with HAART therapy.The levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS),nuclear factorκB(NF-κB),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon inducible protein 10(IP-10),T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))and helper T cell 17(Th17)in both groups were determined.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was analyzed.Results The levels of ROS,NF-κB,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IP-10 and CD8^(+)in the combined group were lower than those in the HAART group(P<0.05).The contents of Th17,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the HAART group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in HAART group was lower than that in combination group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Thymopentin combined with HAART can improve the clinical symptoms of AIDS patients,promote the balance of T-lymphocyte subsets,improve the immune function,but it will slightly damage the liver and kidney function of patients during the treatment.
