卵巢癌化疗患者延续护理对自觉症状与护理满意度的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on the occurrence of conscious symptoms and nursing satisfaction in chemotherapy of ovarian cancer patients

目的探讨卵巢癌化疗患者临床护理中延续护理对自觉症状发生情况、护理满意度的影响。方法现选取2017年1月—2019年1月入住本院接受化疗的卵巢癌患者86例,按护理方式不同分为两组,各43例,对照组仅施以常规护理,研究组施以延续护理,比较两组发生自觉症状的概率、心理状态变化情况、生存质量变化情况及护理满意度。结果护理后对照组发生自觉症状的概率高于研究组(P<0.05);护理后对照组心理状态差于研究组(P<0.05);护理后对照组生存质量低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论在护理卵巢癌化疗患者的过程中,施以延续护理效果确切,可在临床上多加推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on the occurrence of conscious symptoms and nursing satisfaction in chemotherapy of ovarian cancer patients.Methods A total of 86 ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,each with 43 patients.The control group was only given conventional care and the study group was given.Continuing nursing,comparing the probability of conscious symptoms,changes in mental state,changes in quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The probability of developing symptomatic symptoms in the control group after nursing was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05);the psychological state of the control group after nursing was worse than that in the study group(P<0.05);the quality of life of the control group after nursing was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy,the effect of continuous nursing is accurate,and it can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
