HPV感染对子宫内膜癌患者癌组织中P53、Cdc2蛋白表达水平的影响 被引量:5

Influence of HPV infection on expression levels of P53and Cdc2 proteins in cancer tissues of patients with endometrial cancer

摘要 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染对子宫内膜癌(EC)患者癌组织中P53蛋白、细胞分裂周期蛋白2(Cdc2)表达水平的影响。方法收集2018年1月-2020年7月南阳市中心医院收治的105例EC患者为研究组;另选取同期45例行子宫肌瘤手术患者为对照组。收集两组患者临床资料及HPV感染情况,免疫组化法检测研究组患者EC癌组织及对照组患者正常增生期子宫内膜组织中P53、Cdc2蛋白表达水平,分析HPV感染对EC患者癌组织中P53、Cdc2蛋白表达水平的影响。结果研究组HPV感染率、P53蛋白阳性表达率、Cdc2蛋白阳性表达率分别为29.52%、40.95%、36.19%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在不同年龄、病理类型、淋巴结转移情况及分化程度的EC患者中,HPV感染率比较差异均无统计学意义;但当患者国际妇产科协会(FIGO)肿瘤分期较高时,HPV感染率升高(P<0.05)。P53蛋白在不同年龄、病理类型及分化程度的EC患者中的阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义,但FIGO分期较高、出现淋巴结转移时,P53蛋白阳性表达率升高(P<0.05)。Cdc2蛋白在不同年龄、病理类型、淋巴结转移情况及分化程度的EC患者中的阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义,但FIGO分期较高时,Cdc2蛋白阳性表达率升高(P<0.05)。HPV感染的EC患者癌组织中P53、Cdc2蛋白的阳性表达率均高于HPV未感染组(P<0.05)。结论EC患者癌组织中存在着HPV感染情况,且HPV感染可能会造成癌组织中P53、Cdc2蛋白的阳性表达率升高,对EC的发生、发展过程有促进作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection on the expression levels of P53and Cdc2proteins in cancer tissues of patients with endometrial cancer(EC).METHODS Totally 105 EC patients who were treated in the Nanyang Central Hospital from Jan 2018to Jul 2020were assigned as the study group,meanwhile,45patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgery were chosen as the control group.The clinical data and prevalence of HPV infection were collected from the two groups of patients,the expression levels of P53and Cdc2proteins in EC tissues of the study group and normal proliferative endometrial tissues of the control group were detected by using immunohistochemistry method,and the influence of HPV infection on the expression levels of P53and Cdc2proteins were observed.RESULTS The incidence of HPV infection,positive rate of P53protein,and positive rate of Cdc2protein of the study group were respectively 29.52%,40.95%and 36.19%,significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of HPV infection among the patients with different age,pathological patterns,lymphatic metastasis and differentiation degree.The incidence of HPV infection was increased among the patients with high International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)neoplasm staging(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of expression of P53protein among the EC patients with different age,pathological patterns and differentiation degree,while the positive rate of expression of P53protein was increased in the patients with high FIGO stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of expression of Cdc2protein among the patients with different age,pathological patterns,lymphatic metastasis and differentiation degree,while the positive rate of expression of Cdc2protein was increased among the patients with high FIGO stage(P<0.05).The positive rates of expression of P53and Cdc2proteins in cancer tissues were higher in the EC patients with HPV infection than in the patients without HPV infection(P<0.05).CONCLUSION There is HPV infection in the cancer tissues of the EC patients,and the HPV infection may lead to the increase of positive rates of P53and Cdc2proteins and accelerate the occurrence and progression of EC.
