黄土高原油用灌木关键活性因子挖掘与应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用技术,深入剖析表征了长柄扁桃、文冠果、翅果油树和油用牡丹种仁油脂中功能因子,明确了各种植物油脂中比传统一维技术多检测到的脂肪酸种类。利用自主研发专利技术对文冠果、翅果油树、油用牡丹、忍冬、苦水玫瑰花蕾中的精油进行了提取,获取了功能性因子组分信息。研发出了油脂微肢囊、植物纯露、植物蛋白ACE抑制肽等初加工产品。编制了黄土高原油用灌木近中期资源建设规划,提出了黄土高原地区油脂加工企业布局方案。研究指出,长柄扁桃、文冠果、翅果油树、油用牡丹、忍冬、苦水玫瑰等的开发具有较为显著的生态、经济和社会效益,是黄土高原地区应该大力发展的油用灌木资源,在经济社会高质量发展中具有枳极的作用。
