开展真实世界名老中医经验传承病例系列研究方法要点

Key issues of the method of carrying out a case series study in real world on the inheritance of illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine practitioners

名老中医在长期的临床实践中累积了丰富的经验,为公认疗效最为卓越的人群,但面临传承内容衰减、传承偏倚等问题。如何准确地传承名老中医临床宝贵经验,并把经验通过严格设计、要素解析与评价,使之上升为知识,进而实现传承精华的目的,是中医药传承者亟需解决的问题。文章结合名老中医经验研究现状,基于目前可以应用的临床流行病学科研设计,提出病例系列研究设计适用于真实世界中开展名老中医经验研究,详细解析其方法学实施要点与实例,并强调全或无病例系列或病例报告展现宝贵的名老中医经验的优势与设计注意事项。

Illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have accumulated abundant experience in longterm clinical practice and are recognized as those with significant effective skill.Problems as attenuation of inheritance content and inheritance bias are quite urgent to deal with nowadays.How to precisely inherit the valuable clinical experience of illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,and transform the experience to knowledge by processing clinical trials with strict design,scientific analysis and critical appraisal so as to realize the purpose of inheriting the essence,are key issues to be involved in.The design of clinical epidemiology method can be applied in exploring the experience of illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine practitioners at present.Case series is one of the suitable methodologies designs in the real world.This study processes the key issues of methodology in detail to conduct case series to summarize illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine practitioners’experience.The advantages and design of‘all or none’case series or case reports showing valuable experience of illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine practitioners are also emphasized.
