论经方的中医体系属性

Discussion on classical prescriptions’system attribute in traditional Chinese medicine

中医的起源和发展是多元的,存在着分家体系,这是认识、分析中医问题的前提。中医体系主要是医经和经方两大体系。以地域而言,医经为北方齐鲁医学,遵循黄帝家法;经方为南方荆楚医学,遵循神农家法。医经与经方存在着独立和交融的发展,经方不是指某具体方剂,而是中医之一体系。《伤寒杂病论》属经方体系,它与医经的六经名同而实不同;与经方方同,而有经验性和规律性之别。

The origin and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are diverse,and there are different systems.This is the premise for understanding and analyzing TCM.The Chinese medicine system is mainly composed of two major systems:medical classics and classical prescriptions.Regionally,medical classics is the system of Qilu medicine in the north and follow the Huangdi faction norms;classical prescriptions is the system of Jingchu medicine in the south and follow the Shennong faction norms.There is an independent and blending development between medical classics and classical prescriptions.Classical prescriptions don’t refer to a specific prescription,but a system of TCM.Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases belongs to the classical prescriptions system.It is different from the six channels’names of the medical classics.It is the same as the prescription of classical prescriptions,but has experience and regularity.
