以菲律宾为例论海外中医健康管理发展的瓶颈与对策

Bottlenecks and countermeasures of development of overseas traditional Chinese medicine health management:Taking the Philippines for example

以菲律宾实证研究为基础,文章指出海外中医健康管理发展的四大瓶颈:地域环境与中医发源地区的差异;生活习俗和中医健康理念的冲突;医疗现状对模式推广普及的制约;人才队伍与学科发展需求的失衡。继而提出相应的对策:构建适宜当地的指导理论体系;因地制宜地宣传中医健康理念;探索合于本国国情的健康管理模式;培养高度协调的中医健康管理团队。

According to empirical research in Philippines,four bottlenecks in the development of overseas traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management was clarified:the different environment between the locality and the cradle of TCM,different culture and health concepts,the constraints of the current medical situation on the promotion and popularization of TCM health management models,the lack of the talent.Then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward:to build a theoretical system of TCM that is suitable for local situation;to promote the concept of health of TCM according to local conditions;to explore the health management model in line with the national health care and wellness system;to cultivate a highly coordinated health management team of TCM.
