从阴阳学说浅析小胶质细胞极化在阿尔茨海默病中的作用

Discussion on the role of microglia polarization in Alzheimer’s disease based on yin-yang theory

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是老年期最常见的神经变性疾病,发病机制复杂,影响因素众多,临床上尚无有效治疗方法。阴阳失衡是AD发生发展的基础。作为AD发病进程中的重要环节,小胶质细胞受到外界刺激时,其应答状态会分为经典激活状态和选择性激活状态,两种状态具有不同的效用,相互拮抗,与中医阴阳学说的相互对立、制约不谋而合。阴阳平衡为机体发挥正常生理功能的必要条件,调整阴阳可能是AD治疗的核心。因此,文章将试从中医阴阳学说出发,探讨小胶质细胞不同极化状态在AD中的作用,以期为AD的治疗提供新思路。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly.Its pathogenesis is complex,and there are many influencing factors.There is no effective treatment in clinic.The imbalance of yin and yang is the basis of the occurrence and development of AD.As an important part of the pathogenesis of AD,microglia can be divided into classic activation state and selective activation state when they are stimulated by external factors.The two states have different effects and are antagonistic to each other,which coincides with the mutual opposition and mutual restriction of yin yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The balance of yin and yang is a necessary condition for the body to its normal physiological function.Yin and yang may be the core of the treatment of AD.Therefore,based on the of yin-yang theory,we will explore the role of microglia polarization in AD in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of AD.
