摘要
中国蒙医整骨术以独到手法,奇特疗效传继并沿用至今。它以喷酒捋抚手法与骨折复位手法为一体,实施骨折复位。根据整复手法概念认知,利用现代生理心理、骨伤力学等多学科理论及方法分别建立它的喷酒捋抚手法疗效模式和骨折复位手法疗效模式,发现中国蒙医整骨术整复手法蕴含着骨折复位自我与自然状态理念,且具备骨折修复结构与功能(含生理与心理)属性特征。这是它常常获得骨折复位无创伤、无遮挡、无后患疗效的根本支撑点,更是当今骨折复位疗法整体、动态、功能化的发展方向。
Osteopathy of Mongolian medicine has been passed on and used up till now with unique manipulation and significant therapeutic effect.It integrates the technique of wine spraying and massaging with fracture reduction manipulation to implement fracture reduction.According to the conceptual cognition of reduction manipulation,the therapeutic effect mode of wine spraying and massaging manipulation as well as that of fracture reduction manipulation have been established by using the theories and methods of modern physiology and psychology,mechanics of bone injury and other disciplines.Based on that,it is found that the reduction manipulation in osteopathy of Mongolian medicine contains the concept of fracture reduction ego and natural state,and possesses the characteristics of fracture repair structure and function(both physiologically and psychologically).It constitutes the basic support for the proposed method to achieve the curative effect of fracture reduction without trauma,occlusion and sequela.Moreover and significantly,it is the systematic,dynamic and functional development direction of fracture reduction therapy.
