鼻咽癌主诉发病的运气特征

Yun-qi characteristics of the onset of the chief complaint of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:从五运六气探讨鼻咽癌主诉发病的运气特征。方法:收集2016年至2019年广州中医药大学附属中山中医院就诊的160例鼻咽癌患者病历资料,以患者的主诉确定鼻咽癌发病时间,通过查阅万年历确定发病时间所对应的主运、主气及二十四节气。采用圆形分布方法进行统计分析。结果:五运当中,鼻咽癌于金运患病人数最多(47例),鼻咽癌主诉发病的主运平均角为252°21’(位于金运)(P<0.05);六气当中,鼻咽癌于四之气太阴湿土及五之气阳明燥金患病人数最多(71例),鼻咽癌主诉发病时的主气平均角为256°43’(位于阳明燥金)(P<0.05);二十四节气当中,鼻咽癌从立秋到霜降患病人数最多(57例),鼻咽癌主诉发病的节气平均角为236°17’(位于秋分)(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌好发于五运之金运及六气之阳明燥金。

Objective:To explore the Yun-qi characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)pathogenesis from five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Methods:A total of 160 records of patients with NPC who were admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2019 were collected,and to determine the main elements,main qi and 24 solar terms corresponding to the onset time by referring to the perpetual calendar.Circular distribution method was used for statistical analysis.Results:Among the five-elements motions,the number of patients with NPC in the metal elements were the highest(47 cases),and the average angle of NPC pathogenesis was 252°21’(located in the metal element)(P<0.05).Among the six qi,the number of patients with NPC in the fourth qi and fifth qi was the most cases(71 cases);the mean angle of main qi of NPC pathogenesis was 256°43’(located in the Yangming Zaojin)(P<0.05).Among the 24 solar terms,the incidence of NPC was characterized by the largest number of patients(57 cases)from the beginning of autumn to frost’s descent,and the average angle of NPC pathogenesis was 236°17’(located at the autumn equinox)(P<0.05).Conclusion:NPC is more likely to occur in the metal element of five evolutive phases and the Yangming Zaojin of six climatic factors.
