沈金鳌六经辨证思想与用药经验探讨

Discussion on the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians and experience on medication of SHEN Jin-ao

文章通过对沈金鳌所著医书《伤寒论纲目》及其医案的研读,探析沈金鳌六经辨证思想与用药特色,发现沈金鳌举纲明目辨论六经,以类证法重新编排《伤寒论》原文,并对《伤寒论》全文进行补充,提倡六经之中寒温并具,温病实际归属于伤寒范畴;继承与发展了《伤寒论》脉诊与目诊的理论;从因人制宜用药、四时用药、欲解时用药3个方面对《伤寒论》方药进行阐释与运用。大大丰富和发展了仲景学说,在伤寒理论与临床应用上都具有极高的学习价值。

This paper explores the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians and experience on medication of SHEN Jin-ao through the study of Shanghanlun Gangmu.It is discovered that SHEN Jin-ao discusses the six meridians by enumerating the guidelines,rearranging the original text,advocating that febrile disease and typhoid fever are included in the six channel diseases.SHEN Jin-ao inherites and develops the theory of pulse diagnosis and visual diagnosis in Shanghan Lun.The prescriptions and medicines of Shanghan Lun are developed and applied from three aspects:treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual,herbal medicine usage based on seasonal differentiation and herbal medicine usage based on relieved time of the six meridian diseases.It has greatly enriched and developed the theory of Shanghan Lun,which had extremely high learning value in clinical application.
