Summary of ZHAO Ji-ping’s academic thought of acupuncture and moxibustion

文章通过整理赵吉平教授临床经验,结合跟师学习体会,总结其学术经验如下:重视中医基础,强调针灸辨证思维;重视治神,取穴上多用安神腧穴;细研腧穴特异性,临床选穴精当;重视病位,针到病所;强调经络诊察,仔细循扪切按,针至病穴;病有不同,刺有大小;数法择宜,针药并举;善于学习、总结西医知识为我所用。临床疗效往往能于平淡中见神奇,其临床经验值得进一步总结、挖掘。

This paper summarized related clinical experience of professor ZHAO Ji-ping,combines with the learning experience with professor ZHAO Ji-ping,and summarized her academic experience as follows:stressing the basis of traditional Chinese medicine and emphasizing the dialectical thinking of acupuncture and moxibustion;valuing the regulating of spirit and taking tranquilizing acupoints more;carefully studying the specificity of acupoints and selecting acupoints accurately in clinical practice;attaching importance to the location of diseases and acupuncturing to the site of diseases;emphasizing the diagnosis of meridians and collaterals,carefully following,cutting,and pressing the acupoints to make the needles reach the points of diseases;the diseases are different,the amounts of the stimulation are different;choosing the most appropriate treatment according to different diseases,and usually applying acupuncture and medicine at the same time and good at summing up the knowledge of Western medicine for clinical practice.The clinical curative effect can often be seen in mediocrity,and her clinical experience is worth further summarizing and digging.
