疏风清热法应用于过敏性结膜炎的临床治疗经验

Clinical experience of treating allergic conjunctivitis with expelling wind and clearing heat method

过敏性结膜炎是临床常见眼表疾病,在历代中医典籍中未见直接相关病名,根据其发病特点、临床表现等,可归为“时复症”。风袭胞睑是本病主要的病因病机,临证多兼热夹湿。文章整理许家骏教授临床治疗过敏性结膜炎经验,其常用疏风清热法治疗本病,疗效显著。举验案一则,以期为临床提供具有较高参考价值的诊疗思路。

Allergic conjunctivitis,a common ocular surface disease in clinic,has no corresponding name in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to its characteristic and clinical symptoms,this disease can be roughly equivalent to‘constant eye itching’.Wind attacking the eyelid is the basic pathogenesis of this disease,often mixed with pathogenic heat or dampness.This paper summarized professor XU Jia-jun’s clinical experience in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis with the method of expelling wind and clearing heat,which got significant effect.A medical record was used to provide a high reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
