从少阳论治胸痹心痛经验阐发

少阳为人体枢机所在,起到贯穿和衔接机体各个生命活动的作用,心乃君主之官,少阳与心的生理功能使两者之间的影响表现得更加明显。少阳相火与少阴君火可同气相求,手少阳三焦为水液代谢及元气运行的通道,足少阳胆可助脾运化,少阳枢机功能正常是气机运行的重要保障。胸痹心痛的经典病机是“阳微阴弦”,常见病机为“痰瘀互结”。正是由于少阳的这种生理特性导致其一旦出现异常,可产生气滞、痰湿、瘀血、热毒等病理产物,且会引起人体气血阴阳的亏损。这些病理产物都可聚结于心脉,使心的正气不能维护心脉,而造成心脉痹阻,为胸痹心痛的产生创设了条件。鉴于此,恢复少阳的正常功能可缓解乃至治愈胸痹心痛。胸痹心痛这种五脏阴病从少阳而解也是“阴病治阳”的理论延伸。

Shaoyang meridian is the pivot of human body,which plays the role of running through and connecting all the activities of life.In the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,heart acts as the official of the human monarch,thus the relationship between Shaoyang meridian and the heart plays an important role in regulating life activities.Hand-Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian is the channel of regulating water and liquid metabolism,as well as vital energy,foot-Shaoyang gallbladder meridian can regulate spleen digestive and absorption.Therefore the normal operation of Shaoyang pivot is the important guarantee for the qi movement.The classic pathogenesis of chest obstruction is‘yang micro-yin string’,the common pathogenesis is‘phlegm and blood stasis knot each other’.Abnormality of Shaoyang meridian can cause qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,congestion,heat toxin and other pathological products,besides deficiency of qi and blood.These pathological products can obstruct the heart vessel because of qi imbalance and results in chest obstruction at last.It is significant to recover the normal function of Shaoyang so that to alleviate or even cure chest pain.Chest obstruction this kind of five viscera yin disease treated from Shaoyang meridian and is also theory extension of‘treating yang for yin disease’.
