近5年中医病因学研究进展

Research progress on etiology of traditional Chinese medicine in recent five years

中医病因学说作为中医基础理论的重要组成部分,近5年有了长足发展。通过查阅相关文献,从中归纳、总结并提炼出具有代表性的一些学术观点,按照外感病因、内伤病因、病理产物病因、新型病因等方面的研究进展做一分类综述,以期能丰富中医辨证求因、审因论治的依据,更好地指导临床实践。

As an important part of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the etiology theory of TCM has been developed greatly in the past 5 years.By consulting the relevant literatures,this paper summarizes and refines some academic viewpoints of representativeness,the classification review is made according to the external illness cause,internal injury cause,pathological product cause,new cause and others,in order to enrich the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,trial and treatment,and better guide clinical practice.
