名老中医学术经验传承的核心要素研究 被引量:5

Research on the core elements of the inheritance of famous old traditional Chinese medicine doctors experience

摘要 “传承精华,守正创新”是中医药传承发展的总基调和总方向。名老中医学术经验是中医药的宝贵财富。文章从“什么是传承”“传承什么”“怎么传承”3个方面深入阐释了名老中医学术经验传承的内涵;从显性要素和隐性要素两个方面阐述了名老中医学术经验的核心要素,为构建全面、整体、规范的名老中医学术经验提供了解决方案。明确下一阶段的名老中医学术经验传承的主要任务是进一步分析探讨要素的权重比例和构建学术经验传承模型的问题、名老中医学术经验传承的规范化、标准化建设问题,以及成果转化应用问题。 ‘Inheriting the essence,keeping the innovation’is the general tone and general direction of the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The experience of famous old TCM is a valuable asset of TCM.This article deeply explained the connotation of the inheritance of famous old TCM doctors academic experience from three aspects:‘What is inheritance’,‘Inheritance’and‘How to inherit’.And it expounded the components of the experience of the famous old TCM doctors from two aspects,the dominant factor and the recessive element,and provided a solution for building a comprehensive,holistic and standardized experience of the famous old TCM doctors.The main task of clarifying the inheritance of the famous Chinese medicine experience in the next stage is to further analyze and discuss the weight ratio of the elements and the problems of constructing the model of academic experience,the standardization of the inheritance of the old Chinese medicine experience,the problem of standardization construction,and the application of the transformation of results.
