中医症状术语标准及其分类体系研究

Research on terminology standard and classification system of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms

目的:开展中医症状术语的规范化和分类体系研究,初步构建中医症状术语标准及其分类体系。方法:本研究以近12万首历代方剂的主治原文和中医国家标准为数据来源,通过构建中医症状词库、中文分词、人工标记、解析复合中医症状、整理同义词等方法筛选和整理中医症状术语;本研究采用数理统计方法,统计了中医症状术语在中医古代文献、医案和互联网中的分布情况,并溯源了症状的文献出处;同时,本研究采用本体的研究方法,分析了中医症状的组成要素,并探讨了中医症状术语的分类体系研究。结果:本研究共解析和筛选了8087条规范化的中医症状,并对中医症状按照头部、面部、眼部等27类进行了分类。结论:本研究初步构建了中医症状术语标准及其分类体系。

Objective:To carry out the research of standardization and classification system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms terminology,and basically constructs the TCM symptoms terminology standard.Methods:In this study,nearly 120000 prescriptions from different dynasties and national standards of TCM were used as data sources.TCM symptom terms were screened and sorted out by constructing TCM symptom lexicon,Chinese word segmentation,manual marking,parsing compound TCM symptoms and sorting out synonyms.In this study,the distribution of TCM symptom terms in ancient TCM literature,TCM medical records and Internet was analyzed by using mathematical statistics method,and the source of TCM symptom terms was traced back.At the same time,this study used the ontology research method to analyze the components of TCM symptoms,and discussed the classification system of TCM symptom terms.Results:A total of 8087 TCM symptom terms were analyzed and sorted out,and TCM symptoms were classified according to 27 categories such as head,face and eye,etc..Conclusion:This study preliminarily constructs the TCM symptom terminology standard and its classification system.
