推拿干预卒中后疼痛的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of tuina therapy for post stroke pain

目的:探讨推拿应用于临床卒中后疼痛(PSP)患者的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法:回顾34例PSP患者的临床资料,评价推拿干预后的临床疗效,统计分析与疗效相关的影响因素。结果:34例PSP患者应用推拿手法治疗后临床疗效确切,未发生严重的不良事件。治疗后VAS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),总体疼痛缓解有效率为73.53%(25/34);VAS改善度与认知功能(MoCA)评分呈显著正相关(r=0.496,P<0.01);与推拿干预时长亦呈显著正相关(r=0.384,P<0.05)。结论:推拿干预PSP临床显效,安全性良好,患者的认知功能、推拿干预的时长可能是疗效的影响因素。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of tuina on patients with post stroke pain(PSP)and its related factors.Methods:The clinical data of thirty-four patients with PSP was reviewed,the clinical efficacy of tuina intervention was evaluated,and statistic analyzed the influencing factors related to the efficacy.Results:Thirty-four patients with PSP were treated with manipulation of tuina,and the clinical effect was accurate without serious adverse events.Compared with the VAS score before treatment,the VAS score after treatment significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the overall effective rate for pain relief was 73.53%(25/34);VAS improvement was positively correlated with cognitive function(MoCA)score(r=0.496,P<0.01);VAS improvement was positively correlated with tuina intervention duration(r=0.384,P<0.05).Conclusion:Tuina intervention for PSP is clinically effective and safe.The cognitive function of patients and the duration of tuina intervention may be influencing factors of the efficacy.
