中医食疗干预痰湿体质高血压病的临床疗效观察 被引量:12

Clinical efficacy observation on phlegm-dampness constitution hypertensive patients intervened by traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy

摘要 目的:观察中医食疗干预痰湿体质高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将80例痰湿体质高血压病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组均予口服西药治疗,试验组联合中医食疗干预,均连续12周。干预后,比较两组降压效果,并观察痰湿体质转化分、痰湿症状积分、体质量指数(BMI)、腹围、血脂、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)变化。结果:试验组降压总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的91.43%(32/35),但差异无统计学意义。试验组痰湿体质转化分、6项痰湿症状积分较干预前下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。试验组BMI、腹围、血脂、Hcy水平均较干预前下降(P<0.01)。且试验组各指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中医食疗干预痰湿体质高血压病患者可改善痰湿症状,并调节血脂和Hcy代谢,有利于高血压防治。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy in intervening in hypertensive patients with phlegm-dampness constitution.Methods:A total of 80 hypertensive patients with phlegm-dampness constitution were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given orally-taken western medicine therapy.The treatment group combined traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy.Both groups of treatment courses were 12 weeks.After intervention,the curative effect was compared between both groups.The phlegm-dampness constitution conversion score,phlegm-dampness symptoms score,body mass index(BMI),abdomen circumference,blood-lipid and homocysteine(Hcy)levels were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group(97.06%,33/34)was higher than that in control group(91.43%,32/35),but there were no significant difference between them.After intervention,the phlegm-dampness constitution conversion score,six phlegm-dampness symptoms score were decreased in treatment group(P<0.01,P<0.05).After treatment,the BMI,abdomen circumference,blood-lipid and Hcy in treatment group were decreased than that before treatment(P<0.01),the improvement of each index in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy could improve phlegm-dampness constitution of hypertensive patients,and could regulate blood-lipid and Hcy metabolism.It is conducive to prevention and treatment of hypertension.
