With the close connection of internal and external processes and the coming of industry 4.0 era,thedemand of digitization,information and intelligence of manufacturing workshop is becoming more and moreintense.'The AVI system provides a solution for the real-time information of the car body in the workshopproduction process.In this paper,the system scheme in the AVI system design process of the paintingworkshop were introduced in detail.
