摘要
通用型FPSO的压载水系统作为调整整船航行状态的重要系统,通过对其管路应力、泵口、法兰等的校核优化,系统的安全性能已经得到极大提高,但是要想使其安全性能最大化,还需要对该系统进行适当的动力分析。当整个系统运行时,管道系统会受到其他管道设备等的影响产生振动,当管道固有频率与其激振频率接近时会发生共振,造成管段的损坏。运用Caesar II软件,主要对通用型FPSO压载水管道进行模态分析,探究在动载荷作用下管道的振动情况,并对不合理部位进行优化,使得压载水系统安全性能再次得到提升。
As an important system to adjust the whole ship's navigation state,the ballast water system of general-purpose FPSO has greatly improved its safety performance by checking and optimizing its pipeline stress,pump port,flange,etc,.However,in order to maximize the safety performance of the system,proper dynamic analysis is needed.We know that when the whole system is running,the pipeline system will be affected by other pipeline equipment to produce vibration.When the natural frequency of the pipeline is close to its exciting frequency,resonance will occur,causing damage to the pipeline section.By using CAESAR II software,the mode analysis of the general FPSO ballast water pipeline is mainly carried out to explore the vibration of the pipeline under the dynamic load,and the unreasonable parts are optimized,so that the safety performance of the ballast water system is improved again.
