旋转推进回切皮瓣在先天性内眦赘皮矫正术中的应用

Application of rotated-advanced-back-cut flap in correction of congenital epicanthus

目的探讨旋转推进回切皮瓣矫正先天性内眦赘皮的临床效果。方法自2019年1月至2020年1月,唐山市第三医院眼科对收治的26例先天性内眦赘皮患者在采用旋转推进回切皮瓣进行矫正的同时行重睑成形术。通过对比手术前后的照片评价手术效果及患者满意度。结果26例患者术后获随访6~14个月,双眼对称,睑裂变长增宽,泪阜显露适中,术区瘢痕不明显,外形美观自然,均无严重的并发症发生。其中19例(73.1%)对术后效果非常满意,7例(26.9%)满意,满意率为100%。结论采用旋转推进回切皮瓣矫正先天性内眦赘皮,其方法简单易行,可最大程度地减少瘢痕的形成,美学效果较满意。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of rotated-advanced-back-cut flap(R-A-B flap)in correcting congenital epicanthus.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,26 patients with congenital epicanthus underwent epicanthoplasty and blepharoplasty.The rotated-advanced-back-cut flap was performed in epicanthoplasty.The efficacy and patients’satisfaction were evaluated by comparison of preoperative and postoperative photos.Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 14 months.The bilateral eyes were symmetrical after operation,the shape was beautiful and natural,fission length and widening of eyelid,the exposure of lacrimal caruncle was appropriate and the scar was not obvious.No sever complications occurred.Nineteen patients(73.1%)were very satisfied with postoperative efficacy and 7 patients(26.9%)were satisfied with postoperative efficacy.Conclusion The application of rotated-advanced-back cut flap for correcting congenital epicanthus is a simple and feasible method.The scar formation could be minimized and the aesthetic outcomes is satisfactory.
