摘要
当下我国儿童舞蹈教育的传统教学模式,重视身体规训,忽视儿童主体性存在,造成舞蹈教育中理性与感性、具象与抽象、内在与外在的不平衡及割裂等现象,不利于儿童身心的健康发展。文章认为,"具身认知"理论秉承"身心一体"哲学观,有助于反思儿童舞蹈教育的各个面向,包括内在情感经验与外在动作形式的关联,不同思维方式的整合及平衡发展。文章认为应以具身化的心智认知方式作为学习途径,以促进儿童身心平衡发展,让儿童舞蹈教育回归身体、回归生活。
The paper argues that the theory of"embodied cognition"is based on the philosophy of"body-mind integration",which is helpful to rethink the various aspects of children dance education including the relationship between internal emotional experience and external action forms,the integration and balanced development of different ways of thinking. The paper suggests that the embodied mental cognitive style should be used as the learning approach to promote the children’s physical and mental balanced development,and make the children’s dance education return to the body and life.
