水轮发电机流线型导轴承结构方案优化

摘要 导轴承在水轮发电机组中起径向支撑作用,在轴承表面产生大量的摩擦热,易发生油槽甩油及油雾现象,降低机组运行的稳定性。提出一种流线型导轴承结构优化方案,设计方案从源头上缓解润滑油液面的波动状态,使液面流动状态较为规律和稳定。通过分析导轴承承载性能及受力变形计算,验证优化方案对减弱液面撞击程度、保障有效承载具有可行性。 The guide bearing plays a radial supporting role in the hydroelectric generating set,which produces a lot of friction heat on the bearing surface,which is easy to cause the phenomenon of oil groove throwing and oil mist,and reduces the stability of the unit operation.A structural optimization scheme of streamlined guide bearing is proposed.The design scheme alleviates the fluctuation of lubricating oil level from the source and makes the flow state of the level more regular and stable.By analyzing the bearing performance and stress deformation calculation of the guide bearing,it is verified that the optimization scheme is feasible to reduce the impact degree of liquid surface and ensure the effective bearing.
