摘要
针对风电场运维人员短缺、所处环境恶劣,重大设备损坏事件频发等特点,提出风电机组数字电厂智能巡检技术。通过图像识别、红外识别、叶片塔筒监测等智能化手段实现多区域、多机组的智能巡检。智能巡检平台将所有信号数字化、所有管理的内容数字化,然后应用网络技术,实现可靠而准确的数字化信息交换、跨平台的资源实时共享,进而为企业优化决策、生产管理提供科学依据。
In view of the wind farm operation and maintenance personnel shortage,bad environment,frequent major equipment damage events and other characteristics,put forward the wind turbine digital power plant intelligent inspection technology.Through image recognition,infrared recognition,vane tower cylinder monitoring and other intelligent means to achieve multi-area,multi-unit intelligent patrol.The intelligent inspection platform digitizes all signals and all management contents,and then utilizes network technology to realize reliable and accurate digital information exchange and real-time sharing of cross-platform resources,thus providing scientific basis for enterprises to optimize decision-making and production management.
