封闭母线提前预制在电气施工中的应用

摘要 在电气施工中,盘柜、封闭母线不能及时进场,且进场后封闭母线的测量制作、安装周期较长,直接影响整个工程的送电和试运投产时间。针对盘柜及母线施工技术现状,提出了封闭母线提前测量、预制的技术方法,先测量盘柜基础槽钢尺寸,再计算直线段长度和转角箱宽度,提前组织技术人员去厂家测量配电柜尺寸,在盘柜未进入现场的情况下,完成封闭母线预制。盘柜进场安装完毕后,直接安装封闭母线,将配电室送电时间提前,缩短施工周期,为后续工程试运、投产创造有利条件。 In the electrical construction,the panel and enclosed bus can not enter the site in time,and the measurement,production and installation cycle of enclosed bus is long after entering the site,which directly affects the power transmission and commissioning time of the whole project.According to the current situation of panel and bus construction technology,this paper puts forward the technical method of advance measurement and prefabrication of enclosed bus.First measure the size of the channel steel of the panel foundation,then calculate the length of the straight section and the width of the corner box,organize technicians to measure the size of the distribution cabinet in advance,and complete the prefabrication of the enclosed bus without the panel entering the site.After the installation of the panel and cabinet,the enclosed bus is directly installed,which can advance the power transmission time of the distribution room,save a lot of construction period,and create favorable conditions for the trial operation of subsequent projects.
