300 MW亚临界机组深度节能改造技术应用

摘要 为适应能源发展需求,对300 MW亚临界机组节能降耗技术进行研究,从300 MW亚临界机组的主设备及辅助系统、运行优化、燃料等三个方面进行节能改造。通过对比节能改造前后的锅炉燃烧效率、供电煤耗和经济效益可知,火电厂能量损耗明显减少,节能水平得到提高。 In order to meet the needs of energy development,the energy-saving and consumption reduction technology of 300 MW subcritical unit is studied,and the energy-saving transformation is carried out from three aspects:main equipment and auxiliary system,operation optimization and fuel of 300 MW subcritical unit.By comparing the boiler combustion efficiency,power supply coal consumption and economic benefits before and after energy-saving transformation,it can be seen that the energy loss of thermal power plant is significantly reduced and the energy-saving level is improved.
