Research on the Construction of a Diversified Service Guarantee System for Official Travel in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

自2014年国家正式改革公务用车制度以来,我国公车改革取得了巨大成就。在国家全面深化改革的时代浪潮下,各地政府不断推进高校等事业单位公车改革,公车管理也迎来了新的困难与挑战。该文旨在探讨新时代高校公车改革后半程如何兼顾节支与效率,并探索了构建高校多元化公务出行服务保障体系的途径。

Since the State Council formally issued the reform of the official car system in 2014, great achievements have been made in China’s official car reform. Under the wave of comprehensive deepening of reforms in China, local governments have continuously promoted the official car reform in public institutions including institutions of higher learning, and the management of official cars has also faced new difficulties and challenges. The purpose of this paper is to explore how colleges and universities can balance cost savings and efficiency in the second half of the official car reform in the new era, and explore the construction of a diversified service guarantee system for official travel in colleges and universities.
