高校共青团基层组织是教育青年、服务青年、联系青年的重要组织,随着时代的发展,社会对共青团基层组织的要求越来越高。目前高校共青团基层组织存在干部队伍整体专业素养有待提高、活动项目品牌化程度不高、共青团活动对青年吸引力不强等问题。因此,高校共青团基层组织应积极寻找提升活力的对策,例如加强干部队伍培训、打造一批重点品牌项目、开展紧跟时代贴近青年的活动等。
