Under the continuous renewal of teaching concepts,teaching tools and teaching technology, modern education has achieved continuous development. Combined with the current educational practice, it can be seen that the Internet plays an important role in education and teaching practice. It not only helps to change the modern education mode, but also realizes the construction of diversified teaching channels, which provides effective support for the flexible development of education and teaching. The analysis of the innovation and optimization of modern education mode based on the perspective of"Internet +"indicates that the deepening application of Internet technology provides support for the continuous innovation and optimization of teaching mode, so the research and discussion on the innovation and reform of modern education mode based on the wide application of Internet is of positive significance to the change of the current situation of education.
