高等教育课程思政的原则、问题及对策研究

Research on the Principles, Problems and Countermeasures of Course-based Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education

高等教育须坚持立德为先、以人为本。课程思政是立德树人的重要途径,必须以"五育并举"、统一规划、适度、科学、谨慎、立体保障服务为原则,逐步推进课程思政的深化改革,将显性的专业技能教育与隐性的思想政治教育有效统一,形成协同效应,构建全员全过程全方位的育人大格局。文章从思政教育主体、思政教育客体、思政教育环境三个维度,结合高校教育中的课程安排、课程内容设计等实际情况,分析目前课程思政教育中出现的问题,具体包括专业教师对课程思政元素熟悉程度不高、学生对思政学习接纳程度不足以及课程思政教育保障体系有待优化等,并提出提升专业教师课程思政教育能力、改变教学模式、提高学生学习兴趣、完善课程思政的保障与服务体系等对策。

Higher education needs to insist on morality first and people-orientation. Course-based ideological and political education is an important way to enhance morality and foster talents. Based on the principles of simultaneous development of five educations, unified planning, appropriateness, science and prudence, and three-dimensional guarantee service, it is necessary to gradually promote the deepening reform of coursebased ideological and political education, effectively integrate explicit professional skills education with implicit ideological and political education, form a synergistic effect, and build an all-round education pattern for all staff and the whole process.From the three dimensions of the subject of ideological and political education, the object of ideological and political education, and the environment of ideological and political education,and based on the practical situation of curriculum arrangement and curriculum content design in higher education, this paper analyzes the problems in the current course-based ideological and political education, including professional teachers’ low level of familiarity with course-based ideological and political elements, students’ low level of acceptance of ideological and political learning, and imperfect guarantee system for coursebased ideological and political education. It also proposes some countermeasures, such as improving professional teachers’ ability of course-based ideological and political education,changing the teaching mode to stimulate students’ interest in learning, and improving the guarantee and service system for course-based ideological and political education.
