摘要
该文针对社会工作专业教育与创新创业教育相互脱节的现状,运用OBE理念开展"社区工作与服务"课程"专创融合"教学改革。依据"成果导向,反向设计;产教融合,多元协同;服务学习,以赛促学"的思路,课程改革以岗位能力为基础明确学习成果,规划基于工作过程的教学内容,教学设计以学生为中心、教学实施以成果为导向,创设多维灵活的学习评价。
In view of the disconnection between social work professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, the OBE education concept is used to carry out the teaching reform of the"Community Work and Service"course based on"integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education". In accordance with the ideas of"results-oriented, reverse design;integration of production and education, multiple collaboration;serving learning, promoting learning through competitions", the curriculum reform is based on job abilities to clarify learning outcomes, and to plan teaching content based on the work process. The teaching design is student-centered, and the teaching implementation is resultoriented. Finally, multi-dimensional and flexible learning evaluation should be created.
