阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗中重度痤疮疗效及对性激素与血清炎症因子的影响

Efficacy of Avitamin A Capsule Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablet in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Acne and Its Effects on Sex Hormones,Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗中重度痤疮的疗效及对性激素、血清炎症因子及美观度的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2020年8月笔者医院收治的108例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=56),对照组给予阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组给予阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、皮损积分、性激素指标[睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)]、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)]、不良反应发生率和美观满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(92.86%vs 75.00%)(P<0.05),观察组皮损积分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清T、P、IL-1α、IL-8、TNF-α、IGF-1水平低于对照组,E2、LH水平高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度高于对照组(98.21%vs 84.62%)(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗中重度痤疮疗效显著,可改善激素水平并降低炎性反应,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of avitamin A capsule combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablet in the treatment of moderate and severe acne and the influence on sex hormone,serum inflammatory factors and aesthetic tolerance.Methods A total of 108 patients with moderate to severe acne who were admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were enrolled as subjects.They were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=56)by random number method.The control group was treated with Acitretin capsules,while observation group was treated with Acitretin capsules and compound glycyrrhizin tablets.The clinical curative effect,scores of skin lesions,sex hormone indexes[testosterone(T),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)],serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-1α(IL-1α),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)],the incidence of adverse reactions and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(92.86%VS 75.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of skin lesions in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum T,P,IL-1α,IL-8,TNF-αand IGF-1 in observation group were lower than those in control group,while levels of E2 and LH were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(98.21%vs 84.62%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of Acitretin capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is significant on moderate to severe acne,which can improve hormones levels,reduce inflammatory reactions,and improve patients satisfaction.
