摘要 为了探究MYB转录因子家族在小麦生长发育过程中的作用,利用小麦全基因组数据库和生物信息学软件对小麦中的MYB转录因子家族进行全基因组鉴定,分析了基因结构、顺式作用元件以及种内和种间的共线性.共鉴定出76个MYB转录因子,其中亲缘关系较近的MYB转录因子的基因结构和保守结构域基本一致.顺式作用元件分析结果表明,小麦中MYB转录因子家族包含多个顺式作用元件,如脱落酸、赤霉素、厌氧诱导、干旱诱导等相关元件,参与激素调控、逆境响应等生长发育过程.与大麦和二穗短柄草的种间共线性分析中,发现了28个在进化上更为保守的转录因子.种内的共线性分析发现53个基因呈现家族内共线性. To explore the functions of the MYB transcription factors(TFs)family in wheat growth and development,genome-wide identification of the wheat MYB TFs was performed by bioinformatics software and the wheat genome database.The gene structures,cis-acting elements,intraspecific and interspecific covariance were analyzed.A total of 76 MYB TFs were identified,the structures and conserved domains of which were generally consistent.The prediction results of cis-acting elements showed that the promoters of MYB TFs contained multiple cis-acting elements,such as abscisic acid,gibberellin,anaerobic induction,drought induction and other related elements,which were involved in hormone regulation,response to adversity and other developmental processes.The interspecific collinearity analysis results revealed that there were 28 evolutionarily conserved genes among wheat,barley and Brachypodium distachyon,and 53 genes shared intraspecific collinearity in wheat family.
