新形势下中国与东北亚区域金融合作研究

Research on Regional Financial Cooperation between China and Northeast Asia under the New Situation

东北亚地区一直是世界经济文化最活跃的地区之一,(RCEP《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》)的签署将进一步释放东北亚贸易发展潜力,加大东北亚区域间金融合作的需求。通过分析东北亚区域间金融合作发展现状,分析东北亚区域间金融合作的机遇,提出鼓励设置非官方金融合作组织体系、针对东北亚地区开展特色金融服务、加强东北亚地区间的金融合作共识等建议,以期推进区域间金融合作,助力"双循环"经济发展战略的实施。

Northeast Asia has been one of the most dynamic economic and cultural regions in the world.The signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership,referred to as"RCEP",will further unleash the trade development potential and promote the demand for inter-regional financial cooperation in Northeast Asia.Based on the analysis of the development status and the opportunities of inter-regional financial cooperation in Northeast Asia under the new situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as encouraging the establishment of unofficial financial cooperation organization system,developing characteristic financial services in Northeast Asia,and strengthening the consensus of inter-regional financial cooperation.We are expected to promote inter-regional financial cooperation,and facilitate the implementation of the"double cycle"economic development strategy.
