深圳前海蛇口自贸区发展经验对大连自贸区建设的启示研究

深圳前海蛇口自贸区是我国较早建立的自由贸易区之一,其成立六年多来在投资便利化、贸易便利化、金融领域创新、事中事后监管、法治建设创新、管理体制机制创新方面取得了亮眼成绩。大连自贸区可以在这六方面借鉴深圳前海蛇口自贸区先行先试取得的成功经验,积极开展制度创新实践,结合自身实际情况和未来发展定位,扬长避短、思变创新,推进大连自贸区建设。

Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou free trade zone is one of the earliest free trade zones in China.Since its establishment for more than six years,it has made remarkable achievements in investment facilitation,trade facilitation,financial innovation,in-process and after event supervision,legal construction innovation,and management system and mechanism innovation.Dalian free trade zone can learn from the successful experience of Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone in these six aspects,actively carry out the practice of institutional innovation,combine with its own actual situation and future development orientation,develop strengths and avoid weaknesses,think about change and innovation,change competitive pressure into development power,and do a good job in the construction of Dalian Free Trade Zone.
