景区投资前提——景区市场定位的可执行性

摘要 在当前景区行业前景看好和景区行业普遍性亏损下,景区投资不仅要进行市场定位,更要强调定位的可执行性而不仅仅是与众不同;景区市场定位的可执行性不仅要重视长期中如何坚持,也要强调因势利导灵活变化。景区定位不仅是总体性的,也是由具体项目组成的一系列感受得到的,需要强调游客得出的结论而不是景区自己的感受,这样的定位才接地气,才能减少投资的风险。为促进景区发展的市场定位不仅仅是景区的意愿,需要大量的社会资源,包括政府资源和商业合作伙伴的认可景区的市场定位,愿意为景区的前景共同努力。 In the current situation of promising prospects of scenic area industry and widespread loss of scenic spot industry,scenic area investment should not only carry out market positioning,but also emphasize the enforceability of positioning and not only be different;At the same time,scenic location is not only general,but also by a series of specific projects to get,need to emphasize the conclusions of tourists rather than the scenic area’s own feelings,such positioning is grounded gas,in order to reduce the risk of investment.Moreover,in order to promote the market positioning of scenic spots is not only the willingness of scenic spots,but also need a large number of social resources,including government resources and commercial partners recognized scenic spots market positioning,willing to work together for the prospects of scenic spots.
