新文科背景下经管类研究生培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Economic Management Postgraduate Training Mode Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

以新文科建设为研究背景,从培养模式、类型划分和发展定位三个方面介绍了国内高校经济管理类研究生的培养现状,重点分析了培养研究生过程中所存在的重学历轻能力、延续本科教育培养模式、教育体系不完善、学生自主学习能力不强等问题,然后对国外研究生培养模式的经验教训进行了总结,在经验借鉴的基础上,提出了新文科背景下经管类研究生培养的对策建议,包括完善跨学科培养体系、搭建跨学科研究平台、优化课程设计、完善培养方案等。

Taking the construction of new liberal arts as the research background,this paper introduces the current situation of economic management postgraduate training in domestic colleges and universities from three aspects of training mode,type division and development orientation,and mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of training postgraduate students,such as attaching importance to academic qualifications but neglecting ability,continuing undergraduate education training mode,imperfect education system and weak students’autonomous learning ability,Then,it summarizes the experience and lessons of foreign postgraduate training mode,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for economic management postgraduate training under the background of new liberal arts,including improving interdisciplinary training system,building interdisciplinary research platform,optimizing curriculum design,improving training scheme,etc.
