摘要
随着生鲜电商的迅猛发展,消费者更加倾向于选择绿色有机的农产品,从原产地到供销地的生鲜农产品的需求量逐年提升,生鲜农产品的冷链包装亟需规范化。本文从生鲜农产品冷链包装的背景出发,结合生鲜农产品的特点,介绍冷链包装的组成以及不同生鲜品类对应的冷链包装方式,最后给出未来推进生鲜农产品冷链包装的建议。
With the rapid development of fresh e-commerce,consumers are more inclined to choose green and organic agricultural products.The increasingly demand of fresh agriculture products from source to supply requires the standardization of the cold chain packaging.Herein,combining with the characteristics of fresh agriculture products,we firstly introduce the background of cold chain packaging of fresh agriculture products,followed by a discussion of the composition of cold chain packaging and the corresponding cold chain packaging methods of different fresh products.Finally,we provide suggestions on promoting the cold chain packaging of fresh agricultural products in the future.
