摘要
在日新月异的科技创新与全球化发展的背景下,战略柔性已经成为企业获取竞争优势的源泉。将战略柔性作为“动态能力”运用到战略人力资源管理的研究中,探索其在高层管理者领导能力与企业绩效中所扮演的中介作用,并且基于我国发展中国家及转型经济的现实背景,以环境不确定性作为此中介环节的调节变量予以进一步阐释。通过实证研究发现:高层管理者领导能力对企业绩效具有显著的正向影响,战略柔性在其中起部分中介作用;环境不确定性在高层管理者领导能力与战略柔性、战略柔性与企业绩效中均起到正向调节作用。
Under the background of rapid technological innovation and globalization development,strategic flexibility has become the source for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.This study applies strategic flexibility as a“dynamic capability”to the study of strategic human resource management.It explores the mediating role of environmental uncertainty in the relationship between top management leadership and firm performance,and further explains the moderating variable of environmental uncertainty in the context of developing countries and transition economies.The empirical study shows that the leadership of top managers has a significant positive impact on firm performance,and strategic flexibility plays a partially mediating role.Environmental uncertainty plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between top management leadership,strategic flexibility and firm performance.
